IP Dissappearing

Every hour or so, while I'm on the internet, my computer's IP Address, Subnet mask and etc... will dissappear for no reason, making me have to restart my computer. But the weird thing is, once I restart it, it all goes back to normal, so I don't think it has anything to do with my ISP. Also when this happens, and I go to Switch user, it says that the computer has been locked by me.

Any help?

hi..
one thing is sure no stand alone PC will have a single IP address, it changes when u connect and disconnect(i.e the IP)..but i dont what if it is dissapearing for once every hour..
