Intel 2.8

I have a 2.4 P4 and i want to know if it is worth it to upgrade to a 2.8 P4 for $200. Im not sure if I will be able to tell the difference but it's a higher number than 2.4.

No not really. I would just get a better heat sink and fan and overclock your P4 to 2.8 GHz. Infact i HAVE a Pentium 4 @ 2.8GHz, and it's fast yes, but not worth an extra $200. Just OC it.
