Installing Vista on Second Hard Drive

I have an extra hard drive on my computer with no OS on it. Right now im on WinXP 32 bit proffesional. How would i install it so it goes onto the second hard drive and dual boots?

Just boot to the Vista DVD, and it should let you select which hard drive you want to install it to.

It does, you need to select "Custom Instal" and point the installer to the drive.
