Im having some troubles

So, I have come to the conclusion that i need a new computer. Can someone make sure that all of this is compatible?

Processor: i5-4670K
Motherboards: MSI Z87-GD65
RAM: G-SKILL RipjawzX Series 8Gb (1600 MHz)
Hard Drive: Seagate 2Gb sata III w/ 64Mb Cache
Video Card: EVGA GTX 760 4Gb w/ ACX cooler
Power Supply: Corsair Builder CX750W
