if i get a second hard drive

If i get a second hard drive, do i have to reinstall windows, because i was thinking of getting a back up internal hard drive, cause my computer is seriously low on disk space (only 10 GB left). Now I was also considering an external hard drive but i don't know if i can put games onto it, or if its just for back up

If you wanted it as a backup drive no you don't need to install windows. Just install it and format the driver. Then put all the data you want to backup on that harddrive. Yes you can put games on a external harddrive.
