While using several IE windows my computer seemingly randomly freezes one of them, then another, until I only have one functioning. When I press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, I get the blue screen telling me to press enter and wait for the Close Program dialogue box. If I press enter, I get the blue screen telling me my system has become unstable, forcing me to restart.

Anyone know the cause/solution?

Well you heard the guy's...But if you still want to keep I.E make shure you got ALL CRITICAL UPDATES in place by going to Microsoft web site.

One more thing, once you get Firefox installed , make shure you get the flashplayer extention for it.

you'll need this extention to view most web sites that have flash in them....

You wrote what your problem is. Your videocard on your crappy motherboard is chunking your RAM. Buy some more memory or buy a new video card; You have limited video and system capability, so limit your usage of opened windows, you don't have the system for that.
i.e. Load you system with one web page and do a control/alt/del and check your performance tab for memory used.
