ideas for 2nd rig?

Im looking to build a 2nd PC Rig on a fairly cheap budget.

I want to use a small tower pref made by shuttle or a smiliar make that does those types of towers.

I want the rig to be fairly powerful so I can play games and do media work on. Can anyone provide me with some cheap builds?

Only problem there is its all american. Im from the UK, and lol I know fairly well how to build a rig. The only problem is I have never attempted one within a Shuttle case - so was hoping someone with experience, knowledge and time could provide me with one or two decent build ideas.

well its pretty easy to build shuttle systems actually because for the most part the hardest component to pick imo is already picked for you which would be the motherboard so all you have to do is pick a processor ram gpu hard drive and dvd burner to match what you want from the system

they arent really suited to hardcore gaming because you need to use a small form factor gpu and there arent many powerful ones of them around
and a powerful gpu would probably create too much heat for that system
the best idea is proably to use it as a media center pc for in the living room next to the tv
