HP omnibook 510 sound

Hello,
i need help with my HP omnibook 510, none of the sound in it works. For example i tried to listen on a YouTube and nothing except the video happened, i plugged in the monitor and then two types of headphones nothing happened. I also tried using the call comp-comp tool on MSN Messenger but nothing, i have checked also the sound options.
What could it be?

right click my computer and hit properties. click the tab hardware and go into device manager. try to look for you sound card in there. if it isnt in there you need to install the drivers for it.
