HP Laset Jet tray 3 not installed

Hello all.
I have a HP Laser Jet 4200 DNT.
Using Win XP.
When I try to print from Tray 3, I get the error message " Tray 3 Not Installed."
Troubleshot the thing, looked for info online, nothing.

Can anyone help?

under printer Propertys is it trying to print from tray three? Try to set the Print tray to tray 1. to do that go to printers and faxes right click on the printer and chose propertys then go to the device settings tab and make sure its using tray one change tray 3 to N/A.

Installing the tray 3 worked.
