How to check motherboard's cpu combatibility?

is there a program i can run that would tell me what is the highest cpu speed that my motherboard would accept? all i know is that my mobo has a 533 fsb...
 
I did that and all it tells me is that it takes a pentium 4 processor, it doesn't say anywhere whats the maximum processor speed it supports...
