High School Engineering Project

For my Engineering Design And Development class, my partner and I are going to design a computer that hopefully has a built in system to get rid of heat and dust. Before we can move forward we need some justification that the product is needed. So, if people could help us out by answering a 10 question survey on it that would be great.
