Hey, anyone got a dell digital juke box?

I got the 5gb hard drive one and for some odd reason it wont turn off, wont let me select songs or anything. Volume wont go up or down, wont let me play the song it is on now..

Since, the dell site is taking to long to load my Service tag number might as well as post here and see if anyone else had any problems..

Bought it off e-bay NIB (new in box) got a 1 year warranty

Does it by any chance have a reset button?

Its a bit stupid if you have to wait for the battery to go if its not removable.

If it does, try pressing that to reset the player.
If this doesn't work, I'm afraid you'd have to wait for the battery to go if nothing else works.

If the problem carries on to continue, since you have a 1 year warrenty, send it back and get a new one

That is all I can suggest
