why would you want the asus version of the video card, you can get them much cheaper from sapphire.

The cooler looks like it works better for the ASUS. Plus ASUS is good quality.

Yeah I have to agree with Istonian, the ASUS one fits the computer better overall. I don't really see why you need the e6750, when you could OC an e6600 to those levels and beyond, but it is your choice.

But couldn't I OC the e6750 even higher?

With very good cooling, yes, with moderate cooling you would still get around 3.6-3.8 max, just like with the e6600.
