okay... i am currently trying to install Steam and a window pops up saying "folder path contains unknown files" which prevents me from installing it. im not too good with computers and i do not know what files are "unknown". i did a full system restore back to factory settings and tried it again but the same window pops up saying the same thing. what might be the files preventing me from installing Steam?
