Help with my graphics card please!

I just bought a Hp a622n computer. it came with integrated 64 mb intel extreme graphics, and i want to upgrade to a better card. the computer has 3 pci slots, 2 of which are availible, and i was wondering if i can intall a video card into one of these, then use that instead of the integrated graphics. If this can be done can someone help me? thanks

Well msot of todays better grafics cards are AGP .... if its a newer computer it will have a AGP slot. It should be above your PCI slots? If there is check out newegg.com and get yourself a new one.
If you need any suggestions just ask.

There are also PCI cards but they usually dont match the performance so check and see if you have AGP first

I checked its a new hp and it has 3 pci slots but no agp slots

Not exactly sure...i was just looking at the hp web site and some of there computers that come with integreated graphics dont have agp or pci express slots...just pci

here are most of your options depending on what you want to pay, you prolly wont find any cheaper than on newegg
