Hey guys, I need some serious help. I have an HP Pavalion a830n that came with an onboard graphics card. I just bought a 256MB ATI Radeon 9250 (PCI) today and am having trouble installing it. I put the card in. When Microsoft XP started it up, the screen was chopped. There was no task bar at all. I then continued to install the software came with the card, and it prompted a reboot afterwards. I rebooted, but my computer freezes after the Windows XP laoding bar. It finishes loading and then just turns black, with little sound comming from my machine. This continued as many times as I wanted to restard my PC. So I went into Bios. It had the PCI enabled as primary. So I switched it back to onboard and it boots up fine, and here I am.
