Help formatting C drive (and one final call for assistance)

OK, firstly, thanks for the assitance with my threat here http://www.computerforums.org/showthread.php?t=48709. I'd like to make a final, last gasp, plea for assistance. Apologies for repeating this threat, but desperate time call for desperate measures.

Anyway, if I do have to format the C drive, I won't be able to do this as I cannot acces the XP CD (as the above threat states).

You can make or buy a boot disk and then once its booted format it from the command prompt(format c:).

get into your BIOS and set your boot order to A:\ first

and boot to it

then type *format C:\*
yes, bootdisks are you second best option. I would recomend using one.
