help, computer not working

I recently purchased a new custom built computer, as well as numerous things it came with 3 disks, windows 7, one for the graphics card and an intel one. which do i install first? however the real problem is, that when i turn my computer on, the screen simply goes to sleep, what do i do to make it work?
