Help again :( physical memory dump

Alright well you guys might remember me posting about a virus well one of my friends caught it, and I told him what to do and he pm's me today on our local board. He says now shows a big blue screen then physical memory dump and it only starts in safe mode now. I don't now what to tell him help, I don't even see how me telling him to do a system restore and running a virus program I gave him caused this. I need help with this asap. Thank you for the help.

My other computer has this same problem , I thought it was getting old, lol , but that is a virus?

usally happens when you need more memory cuz ur doing too many repeative things. You can tell your friend to stop overclocking or get another 512mb of ram
