Hard Drive Not Showing Correct Space

Hi guys. I have a hard drive from out of a laptop and I plugged it into my computer and is only showing 39GB space when the actually size is 320GB. Why is this happening?

it's properly partitioned wrong. a simple Re-format of the drive should work.
You could also use Hirens boot to re-partition it in case you use the drive as your OS drive and don't want to reinstall windows.

I was going to say that but have you tried to format it

Or don't? The thread is more than a month old. You are not presenting any solution other than what was already mentioned. And BK knows how to format a disk.
