Good LCD monitors

What are some good LCD monitors? I would like a 19" monitor preferably but I dont want to spend more then $350. I was looking at this one what do you think?

Also on a side question I would like to be able to watch tv on that my monitor. I think you can do this but I am not sure how and what I would need.

wat graphic card do u have? if u can u should run dual monitors to help reduce damage on ur lcd. its very damaging to watch tv on ur lcd so if u can one lcd and one crt would ge good. thast wa i did.

to watch tv u would need a tv tuner card wich goes into a pci slot

thats a good one that is at a good price with remote and stuff.

then u would need to hook up a tv cable and ull b good. also that monitor is pretty good. ide buy it. i say go with it.

where did you hear that? i don't see how it wopuld damaged it at all. it would be like watching TV on a LCD tv.

theres tv tuners that don't even need a computer to watch tv on your monitor. i'll find one later.
