Its not a bad deal but its not a good deal either. Here is a brand new one although its a sapphire not the brand you were looking at for $51.99 shipped to your door brand new.

What are you buying the card for? Its not going to give you to much in the way of new game performance but should play older titles alright.

Well i don't know if i'm going to buy this, it seems good though i want to test it out with my hdtv so i'm quite lost here but thanks for taking time to comment

For only $20 CAD, that's a nice deal for a new in box HD 2400PRO (if you can get it for that much). That should work nicely with your HDTV.
