is there a good in depth book with pictures that talks about server and different setups as well as hardware types?

Servers are usually just deviations from regular PCs. Usually, the server boards take more RAM and occasionally more than one CPU. Sometimes servers that are used for storage might have a bunch of SATA ports. There isn't really a 'book' as much regarding server hardware, and there isn't really any wiring. Building a server is similar in almost every way to building a PC - same procedures, same precautions. Alot of PCs will take Server 2003 and run as a domain controller/member server, and most servers will take Windows and work as a workstation, the only difference between the two is compatibility of software, and occasionally drivers (e.g. server hardware might not be supported under client OS and visa versa.)
