I am looking for a good heatsink for my i7-920, and I came across this one,
THermalright TRUE black

Is that a good choice? (I am looking to keep the price under like $70-$80)

I would be putting two of these fans on it,
Antec 120mm Blue LED

EDIT: I found the heatsink at Xoxide in stock, but it says nothing about an LGA 1366 bolt through kit.
Is this the proper one?

The TRUE Black is out of stock. The original TRUE is identical except it lacks the extra set of fan clips (to run two fans). I wouldn't recommend running two fans anyway. Go with a single, high performance (High static pressure) fan rather than two low powered ones such as the Antecs you picked out. The TRUE has very densely packed fins and performs much better with a powerful fan.

This includes the LGA-1366 blot-through kit. You could use the included fan as a case fan, but it's not worthy of a place on the TRUE.
