Gigabyte Mobos

What do you guys think between these 2 mobos:

Is there any real difference between the two? I know the first one has capacity for 8gb of ram rather than 4. I am thinking about getting the first one bc I will be using xp 32 bit so I will only need 4gb max.

I would go with the 1st one, that way in the future you could go 8GB on 64-Bit. A little bit better future proof.

I also would sugestion going with evga. It's my fav of all mobos

Really GigaByte isn't one of the most revered motherboard Companies.

Go with an Asus or a eVGA.

What eVGA or Asus boards do you recommend? I wanna keep it less than $100.

This 1 is decent if you are not planning to do any crazy overclocking. Also it's around the same price ranges from what you have listed.
