so i am getting this board
GIGABYTE GA-M750SLI-DS4
and i noticed that it kind of have 2 bios, when one is flashed wrong, the other will be able to back it up and restore it back from the malfunctioning motherboard.
But my question is that, how do i set it up?
i dont have the board yet, i will be getting it on Friday.

TH's take on dual bios

you don't set it up... when your cmos throws a checksum error the secondary bios automatically kicks in and reflashes the first eprom on the first bios.

ah, so pretty much i cant mess with it.
but when theres an error, would it restore factories bios or the one i would install?

I have that on my motherboard. It's pretty handy if you're OCing... Well, if your OC'ing and you dont know what you're doing. You can reset your CMOS, and the backup is preserved! :D

it makes a backup of a good bios with good settings so if you overclock or have a power outage it will automatically restore your last good bios.
