My Gateway will not boot up. One fan tries to start but shuts off immediately. The hard drive does not spin and the power light on the computer stays amber after being pressed, it should go green. The monitor comes on with a message to check the power cable or monitor cable, the power light on it goes green long enough for the message and it goes back to amber and then to off. Also the dvd drive will not open.
