Game Controller

I bought pro evo 6 today for pc but am having trouble using my controller. I have a controller which came with my 'time' computer. I've been using it to play pro evo 5 and its worked perfectly but when i try to play pro evo 6 all the buttons are changed. The shoot button is at the top.... Its an old controller which dosn't have anologue sticks but like i said worked with pro evo 5. Any ideas, i have already tried callobrating the controller but no luck.

You should be able to change controller setup in the game option.
