Front Side Bus and Memory Question

Which would you recommend? Getting more memory with a smaller FSB, or matching the FSB of the memory to the motherboard and getting less memory. I've been toying with this one for sometime now and can get 2GB of memory at peak (now this is claimed) FSB of 1333, or I can get double the memory, 4GB, for the same price with FSB of 800. What are your suggestions?

If you're running Vista I recommend 4GB of 800Mhz memory. If you're running XP or Ubuntu I recommend 2GB of 800Mhz memory. Search for the lowest latencies.
