First Computer Build for years- need help from the experts

Hey guys, my first post so be gentle....

I'm going to build a rig (hopefully this weekend) and was going to base it on this: -

Would you advise that i purchase this system (they say it will be a week before i can collect), or should i get the components seperately and build it myself?

If i bought the bits seperately i would need to get a heatsink/fan obviously, is there anything else i would need to buy, apart from those listed. For reference the components are as follows: -

Graphics nVidia GeForce 9800GTX
Graphics core 700MHz
Graphics memory 2200MHz GDDR3
Hard drive 750GB (7200RPM) SATA2
Memory 4GB PC2-6400 800MHz (CL 4-4-4-12)
Motherboard MSI K9A2 Neo-F AMD 770 AM2+
Processor AMD Phenom Quad 9850 Black Edition 2.5GHz
Psu OCZ 600W StealthXStream
Optical drive Samsung 22x SH-S223F DVD±RW SATA
Psu rating 4 x +12V Rails each with 18A

Everything seems fine to me. If you'll be needing a monitor and OS, be sure to get that too

I've gone ahead and bought the rig complete, as i dont have the time at the moment to mess about with building it myself.
