Fan Tunnel?

Hey,

I just had a weird thought so i put it to practise...I had a spare 80mm fan laying around here, and my case had an 80mm at the front, 120mm at the back and an 80mm at the side....So i decided to screw my spare fan to the side fan, so it is like a tunnel...this lowered my temps by a few degrees on each component....Do you think this was a good move or stupid?

good idea. that is actually pretty common on higher end cases.

i did that once great idea just make sure one fan isnt running faster then the other
