Fan size

How do you know what type of Fan size you need?

I have a BTX case and it doesn't have a Case fan and my computer has been blacking out.

So i saw it has a case fan ability... i measured the fan hole Diagonally as 120mm, and across i measured around 90mm.


So, should i order a 90mm fan or a 120mm fan?

I asked another person and they said you measure across, not diagonally.

has 2 holes, 80 mm, and around 90 mm.

WIll a 92 mm fan work?

I lost my tape measure... lol, so it might have been 92 mm.

It's 90mm. If you don't believe me, take a 120mm fan, or even this a fan slot, and measure across and then diagonally.

Trust me, I had a problem with a mate claiming that he was sent a 140mm fan when it was actually a 120mm.
