dvd burning program

i'm lookin for a dvd burnin program where i can set sub-menus and then have a list of names to seperately select, each openin a seperate video.

anyone know of any good program to use?
i tried Sonic MyDVD, but it wouldn't let me and my video files, they were **.avi files

I think that Nero 7 can do this...

Not 100% sure though.
