dumb aim bot :(

well i got an IM from a friend and i found out after clicking the link that it was a bot. so i thought i got rid of it but every time i start up i get this

i ran nod32 and adaware and it doesn't pick it up, but they did pick up other viruses this bot gave me lol. what should i do now?

Try uninstalling aim. It could be linked to the aim program.

Have you tried doing a system restore? Give it a go, reboot and see if you still get the error message.

Yeah, do a restore and run reg edit

A reg cleaner should do the trick though, i'm 99.99991% sure. you can try this before the restore

alright well i am going to do a registry clean up thank you pooka, my next question was going to ask where are all those good free reg cleaners

edit: uhh one question might sound noob but how does regcleaner work? i click tools->registry cleanup->do them all or what? and when i do click on something and it scans are those all the registries that have errors in them or are they my registry folder opened?
