Doing an upgrade, need serious opinions and advice

Asus m4a79T deluxe MoBo 4 gigs patriot DDR3 1600mghz
black widow thermaltake PSU 850 watts (modular)
AMD phenom II X3 black edition 2.8
2 ATI radeom HD 5770s (x-fired)
antec 900-2 mid tower case

wanting to upgrade to this
Asus crosshair IV formula AMD MoBo
AMD phenom II X6 BE 1090T CPU
16 gigs Gskill Ripjaw ram 1333
wrapping it all in an antec DF-85 case, for an amazing red and black theme build

my major question.. with 1-2 standard HDs,. will my current 850w PSU handle this build
its my only major concern, as i just bought the cards and PSU not 4 months ago
