i like phothosp what it does to lightsabers

now with premeire u import a movie then export it as a filmstrip for photshop. now is there a program that will take in movies and expirt them as alot of pics or as a bug pic and then i cant lightsber them (wit photoshop) and then import that back in and export it out as a movie.
