Is this a decent computer I'm thinking of ordering it, its just going to be running sims 3 and sims 4 and football manager as well as burning dvd's for my business thats all I do

Monitor and computer seams fine to me.. except the GPU. (a GPU is the graphics processor)
You want to play Sims. It's not a demanding game, but still, the GPU you have is an onboard one. It on your CPU it self. (a Cpu is the main brain in a computer). It will play Sims, but it's not gonna be pretty.

You should ad a dedicated graphics card to it. a cheap one will do for Sims.
I found a GT 640 on sale for only 58£. It has more than double the performance as the inbuilt Radeon HD 8470D chip.

that system is better for you. The GT640 is still slightly better than the R7-240, but you don't have to pay 58£ for a new graphics card. the R7-240 is still better than the inbuilt GPU.
