I use Movie Studio 8.0 and I am making a Custom Video Template to export my Videos.
First off I go to Rander As and I pick Windows Media Video V9
And then I go to Customize Tab so I can make my own from this.
All is going good but I need help understanding one thing?
When I am at the screen that says Target Bit Rate there is a lot of diferant Bit Rates that I can have my Video set to.
Like if I know the people watching my videos will have an ISDN Speed then I just put a Check Marck in the Box next to ISDN
OK I get this but there is a list of them I can pick from ISDN Speed and Internet LAN Speed.
So I can pick the speed for a lot of diferant People they may watch my video to make sure there MODEMs can take it in.
I get this.
What I dont understand is if I pick a speed say for Internet LAN then I piuck a Speed for ISDN Speed how can it Randr at all these Diferant Speeds in one Video????
