Hi. I am having a problem. Whenever I try to play video files on my computer, it basicly crashes, and gives me the whole "Send error report" stuff. This does not affect music, but ANY video file I try to play does this. And for some werid reason, even single clicking on the file, as in to highlight it, causes a crash. I really do not know what's going on. Can I get some help!?
