counter strike mods

ok before this gets locked id like to say that modding a game is not in anyway a crime so please dont lock my thread.
i was on http://www.csbanana.com/ and i was trying to download this file http://www.csbanana.com/?section=viewitem.skins.skins.main.3575.download
and when i downloaded it, i dont kno how to get it into the file place in the c drive but its weird cause at this site http://www.counter-strike-dl.com/ i have no problem with getting the files to work....for the most part, at the dl site, i get them in this file
C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\Steamapps\(steam account)\counter-strike source\cstrike\
so you would think that the other sites files would be the same way, but there not so please where can i put them to make them work?

It is because of how CS banana packages their skins. You need to take them out of their folders and put them in their respectable places.

hope ur not in CAL, they dont allow custom anything...
