Cooling Solutions

Wondering if people could post they're cooling solutions for liquid cooling here. I myself have heard that the best solution so far is

50% Distilled Water
50% Anti-Freeze (silicate free)

20% Anti-Freeze (silicate free)
80% Distilled Water

???????
60% Distilled Water
40% Alcahol
???????
