Connecting to the internet on RC1

Hi, I just installed vista RC1 and I cant connect to the internet via my dial-up modem. I dont know why, I type in all the correct information, and it doesnt even start to dial, just says that it cant connect.

Any ideas?

Do you have the correct drivers installed? What modem are you using?
