computer upgrades?

I was thinking about some upgrades for my computer and i was thinking about a good video card. i started another thread about that but now i need to knock the price down to under $200. Also i was thinking a good sound card. Also because i have a dell i cant exactly replace the fans with ones with LED's so i was thinking some like bendable NEON strips to place through out the case. Does anyone have any idea's for what i should get. ANd my computer specs are my SIG

if i were u i would go with a new case. from wat i have seen the dells at my school run pretty hot and so does my freinds. so a case would help. but not sure ur mobo would fit with the case. or just get a killer graphics cards like agp xfx 6600gt 256mb. that card is sweet and right in the price range. thing is u will need a new psu.

thanks but damn....kinda hurts the wallet at 100+ plus for just a sounds card. do you think its worth its performance. and do you have any alternatives?

The reason why I chose that sound card is because of the THX and DTS Dolby Digital support. You have to have good speakers too so it's going to get a little costly, but yeah there is a difference. Honestly, I love sound so I would recommend that one. THe Audigy 2 Value one is ok too.
