okay is there a great web site in which you can buy everything needed to build your own cpu?
where you can look at every possible part and compair the specs of brand a to b and c and d?
you know cases, processors, hard drives, optical drives, ram, motherboards, sound cards, and everything in between.

You cant build your own CPU, that is the Central Processing Unit (the processor). There are plenty of sites where you can buy all the parts you need for a computer. Look at www.newegg.com

Yeah go with newegg, it is great. I buy everything from there.

Also, here is a tip. Choose the 3-day shipping, but then on checkout click the box that says something along the lines of: fast process my order for $2.00.

I get all my stuff delivered next day with that option without paying 20 bucks for next day shipping.
