Hi,
I've been having an issue with my computer lately. After turn the computer completely off for a period of time, the system won't properly turn on. The fans will turn on, and the lights will, but the actual system won't start. The monitor isn't receptive, the mouse light isn't on, and none of the BIOS beeps come on. To solve this, I have to switch the power button off for a few seconds, then flip the power button back on, then turn the computer on. Also, I notice when it doesn't work, the CPU fan strains, making a loud whirring.
