Computer Crashing

Hi Guys
These are the latest Errors.
Driver_IRQL_NoT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

THIS HAS NEVER COME UP BEFORE.

Can anybody explain what these errors mean? Since I was on here last I've had the following done.

Had everything taken off the computer, reinstalled windows XP & SP2.
Had more memory put In was 256 SD RAM now 768 SD RAM just had the graphics card drivers up dated. And the computer Is still crashing and If It's
not crashing then sometimes It's Freezing or Just the mouse Is Freezing.

Is that not meant to be cmuda.sys? If it is then its to do with your audio drivers. So look for a newer one, or go back to an older one if you already have the newest one.
