how do they make those ? like anyone know how ? i mean like they don't use window paint ... but like how do they like use firework and add layer to layer to layer ? any tutorial to do that ?

i dont know...
maybe use some kind of 3D program, then save it and open it with photoshop.
Or just use photoshop and pictures on the web.
I am pretty sure that those pictures took a really long time and effort to make.

and you see the prices it like 400-500 ! who will buy a picture for that big amout of money i think really take a long time.
