comp too hot?

i have an alienware desktop (i know. its cheaper and better to build but w/e) anyways its intel based and has the specs in my sig, but is 42degrees celcius too hot for a watercooled pc? im only running IE and AIM right now if that makes a difference.

thats well to high, im on 2.8ghz it running @ 25.7 Degrees celcius, and its running on the default intel fan!!

lol damnnn... well how can i lower the temp? theres no more places for fans. the back if the case is the PS fan and one for the radiator of the "silent liquid cooling" which isnt cooling and isnt silent. and the side with a place for a fan already has one. could i put them in the 2 remaining cd drive bays? maybe if they didnt make that stupid door thing that closes. lol. any suggestions?

that is a bit warm but it is an intel 3.8GHz so i guess its gona be pretty hot, ide try replacing the thermal paste with artic silver 5 and u should see a diff
