chipet temp ?

I have a amd 3100+overclocked to 2.2 with a nforce3 mobo system works fine cpu temp runs at 30c at idle 40c tops with load ? my system temp is 77c seems hot to me I am not sure it stays the same even at normal clocking. how can I cool it down? I have installed 3 92mm case fans also. One more thing how are aftermarket chipsetcoolers? thanks
