Ok so I got this friend and he wants to buy a new computer. His Budget is around 400$ and I was trying to decide weather hes better off buying a prebuilt system and then upgrading to a better graphics card later on, or maybe he can get a decent system for aorund 400$ if he builds it himself. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

For around $400, I recommend buying a prebuilt system because it is obvious that he is on a budget. If he has money later on, then he can choose to upgrade as needed. If his budget is a lot higher, then a custom built PC may be a better choice.
